Megan Rich is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working under the supervision of Susan Levin, LMFT47760.
I’m Megan, an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist who specializes in adolescent and young adult mental health. I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely understood and respected. My goal is to help you feel steadier, more connected, and more like yourself.

You might be in the right place if you or your teen are:
-
Feeling anxious, low, or emotionally reactive
-
Struggling with perfectionism, burnout, or pressure to “hold it together”
-
Having difficulty regulating emotions or managing stress
-
Feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward
I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, and I tailor therapy to where you are developmentally and emotionally.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and developmentally informed.
We focus on:
-
Emotional regulation and coping skills
-
Understanding patterns, triggers, and inner experiences
-
Building resilience, self-trust, and self-compassion
Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you feel safer in your own mind and more capable in your life.
